Our projects begin by listening.

Our volunteers identify communities in dire need, conduct thoughtful assessments, and help direct resources where they can create lasting change.

How communities are selected

At Change Makers, our dedicated volunteers immerse themselves in communities, listening to stories of struggle and resilience while documenting living conditions, infrastructure deficiencies, sanitation needs, access to clean water, and overall quality of life.

Committee members carefully analyze each case, weighing the severity of poverty, the likely impact of intervention, and the potential for sustainable change. This process helps ensure our support reaches the most deserving and vulnerable groups.

By identifying needs with care, we align our interventions with what communities truly require and channel donor support toward tangible outcomes.
